摘　　要：随着社会经济迅速发展,人口激增、生态被破坏及资源短缺等问题日益严峻。资源环境承载力是连接社会、环境与经济三大要素的纽带,是协调人口、资源与环境发展的关键,是区域生态文明建设的重要指标,但目前学术界对资源环境承载力的研究仍缺乏系统全面的梳理和总结。通过回顾资源环境承载力演变历程与研究进展以及近十年来常用的综合评价方法,发现其研究逐步呈现研究领域多样化、研究要素多元化、评价方法动态化和研究内容综合化的特点。但无论国际还是国内,关于资源环境承载力研究仍存在概念泛化、评估方法单一等问题。资源环境承载力评价体系随研究推进需不断完善,同时也需要与时俱进,充分利用现代信息技术手段进行动态比较。就研究方法而言,将静态分析和动态模型相结合,建立科学合理的评价体系,更能有效地为资源环境承载力研究成果转化为实际应用提供技术支撑。With the rapid development of social economy,the problems of population explosion,ecological destruction and resource shortage are becoming increasingly serious.The carrying capacity of resources and environment is the link connecting the three elements of society,environment and economy,the key to coordinating the development of population,resources and environment,and an important indicator of regional ecological civilization construction.However,the research on resource and environmental carrying capacity in academic circles is still lack of systematic and comprehensive combing and summary.This paper reviews the evolution process and research progress of resource and environment carrying capacity,as well as the commonly used comprehensive evaluation methods in recent ten years,finding that its research gradually presents the characteristics of diversification of research fields,diversification of research elements,dynamic evaluation methods and comprehensive research contents.Whether at home or abroad,there are some problems in the research of resource and environment carrying capacity,such as generalization of concept and single evaluation method.With the development of the research,the evaluation system of resources and environment carrying capacity is constantly improved.At the same time,it is necessary to keep pace with the times and make full use of modern information technology for dynamic comparison.In terms of research methods,the combination of static analysis and dynamic model and the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system can more effectively transform the research results of resources and environment carrying capacity into practical application and provide technical support.
