黄河流域旅游效率与规模的时空演化及耦合协调

摘　　要：在旅游业高质量发展的时代要求下,规模与效率并重,动态把握两者时空演化特征和耦合协调关系对推动旅游高质量可持续发展具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。测度黄河流域9个省域单元2001—2018年的旅游规模,引入超效率SBM模型测算旅游效率,运用探索性空间分析等方法探讨流域旅游效率和旅游规模的时空动态特征,构建旅游效率与规模的耦合协调度模型,分析两者的耦合优良性和协同一致性。结果表明:1)黄河流域旅游效率整体处于较低水平,始终位于生产前沿面以下;空间演变方面,旅游效率表现出一定的空间集聚特征,整体呈现东南高西北低的空间分异格局。2)2001—2018年黄河流域旅游规模整体呈稳步上升趋势;从空间结构来看,空间差异性显著,具体表现为下游>中游>上游的空间分布格局。3)旅游规模与旅游效率的耦合度逐渐上升,耦合协调度则相对稳定。同时,耦合协调度与耦合度具有相似的空间分异特征,两者的时间演化有一定关联性,且局部存在空间异质性和波动性,但耦合度高值区扩散较耦合协调度高值区的扩散范围更广,速度较快。Under the requirements of the era of high-quality tourism development,tourism scale and efficiency are equally important.It is of great theoretical and practical value to dynamically grasp the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and the coupling coordination relationship of them to promote the high-quality sustainable development of tourism.This paper measures the tourism scale of 9 provincial units in the Yellow River Basin from 2001 to 2018.The super-SBM model is introduced to measure tourism efficiency.At the same time,the paper uses exploratory spatio-temporal data analysis and other methods to explore the temporal and spatial dynamic characteristics of tourism efficiency and tourism scale.In addition,the coupling coordination degree model of tourism efficiency and scale was established to examine the coupling superiority and synergy consistency of the two.The results show that:1)The tourism efficiency is generally at a low level,always below the production frontier;in terms of spatial evolution,the tourism efficiency is featured by a certain spatial agglomeration characteristic,which shows a spatial differentiation pattern of high southeast and low northwest as a whole.2)From 2001 to 2018,the tourism scale of the Yellow River Basin showed a steadily upward trend;from the perspective of spatial structure,the spatial differences are significant,which is specifically manifested in the spatial distribution pattern of downstream>midstream>upstream.3)The coupling degree between tourism scale and tourism efficiency is gradually increasing,while the coupling coordination degree is relatively stable.At the same time,the coupling coordination degree and the coupling degree have similar spatial differentiation characteristics.The time evolution of the two is related to a certain extent,and there are spatial heterogeneity and volatility locally,but the diffusion of the high coupling degree area is higher than the coupling coordination degree.The spread of the zone is wider and faster.
