摘　　要：阿克苏地区各县(市)严重缺乏翻堆、粉碎设备。一方面将未经粉碎的有机物料直接沤肥,会影响腐解效果;另一方面沤制过程中无法开展翻堆操作,会影响物料发酵效率,使微生物繁殖活动环境差,导致发酵方式变形走样(既不是厌氧发酵也不是好氧发酵)、发酵时间延长、沤制质量不高。由于翻堆机(翻抛机)的主要功能是将有机物料耗氧发酵转化成有机肥,用于农业生产用肥的翻抛供氧,实现顶层物料和内部物料充分混合、粉碎、通风、曝气,达到堆肥发酵的目的,因此应大力推广翻堆机,以突破制肥“瓶颈”的制约,满足沤肥需求,生产出符合NY525-2012标准的优质有机肥。There is a serious lack of turning and crushing equipment in every county(city) in the region. On the one hand, most organic materials are not crushed or directly recomposed, which affects the decomposition effect. On the other hand, the turning operation can not be carried out in the retting process, which affects the material fermentation efficiency,the poor environment of microorganism reproduction leads to the distortion of fermentation mode, which is neither anaerobic fermentation nor aerobic fermentation. The fermentation time is prolonged, and the fermentation quality is not high. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the mechanical problems, break through the “Bottleneck”constraints, meet the demand for compost, produce high-quality organic fertilizer in line with NY525-2012 standards.
