摘 要:为解决盾构推进液压系统能耗高的问题,以常见的“泵控调速+阀控调压”与“阀控调速+阀控调压”两种控制系统为研究对象,对其工作原理进行详细地说明;通过理论和仿真对比分析两种推进系统的节能效果,得出“泵控调速+阀控调压”推进系统相对于“阀控调速+阀控调压”的节能比达到30%~40%,其推进系统节能效果更明显;最后通过工程应用对理论和仿真结果进行验证,为盾构机节能技术的研究提供一定参考依据。In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption of hydraulic system,two common control systems of"pump control speed regulation+valve control pressure regulation"and"valve control speed regulation+valve control pressure regulation"are the research objects.This paper introduces the working principle of the two kinds of thrust systems,the energy-saving effects of the two propulsion systems are compared and analyzed through theory and simulation.It is concluded that the energy-saving ratio of the"pump-controlled speed-regulation+valve-controlled pressure-regulation"propulsion system has reached 30%~40%compared to the valve-controlled speed regulation+valve-controlled pressure regulation propulsion system,and the efficiency of the thrust system of the"pump control speed regulation+valve control pressure regulation"is more obvious.Finally,the theory and simulation results are verified through engineering application,it provides a certain reference for the research of energy-saving technology of shield machine.
