自拟消结化瘤汤加减对子宫肌瘤患者血清AngⅡ、IFN-γ的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟中药消结化瘤汤加减治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及对患者血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2017年8月进行保守治疗并且满足研究条件的子宫肌瘤患者112例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组给予常规西药(米非司酮)治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上联合自拟消结化瘤汤加减治疗。对比2组临床效果,观察子宫肌瘤体积变化,检测与对比血红蛋白(Hb)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)水平,观察不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为92.86%高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05);观察组子宫肌瘤体积小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Hb水平高于对照组,AngⅡ、IFN-γ水平低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消结化瘤汤加减治疗子宫肌瘤,有助于纠正患者贫血症状,同时能够加强对血清指标水平的调节,抑制细胞增殖,有效缩小子宫肌瘤,达到良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effects of self-made Xiaojiahuatao decoction on serum angiotensin II(AngⅡ)and interferonγ(IFN-γ)in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 112 patients with uterine fibroids who received conservative treatment in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional western medicine(mifepristone),however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by self-made Xiaojiahuatao decoction.After treatment.The clinical effects,the changes of uterine fibroid volume,and the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),angiotensin II(AngⅡ)and interferonγ(IFN-γ)as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(92.86%vs 78.57%,P<0.05),and the uterine fibroids size in observation group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the levels of Hb in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,however,the levels of AngⅡand IFN-γin observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The Xiaojiahuatao decoction is effective in treating uterine fibroids,which can correct the anemia symptoms,improve serum index levels,inhibit cell proliferation,effectively reduce uterine fibroids size,so as to obtain satisfactory therapeutic effects.
