摘  要:目的观察心肌桥患者应用冠脉CT血管成像的血流储备分数(FFRct),评估其血流动力学变化的临床价值,为临床高效、科学干预提供指导。方法选择2020年2月至2021年2月收治的100例心肌桥患者为研究组,其中纵深50例、表浅50例,同期选择50例冠脉CT血管成像正常者为常规组。分析2组患者FFR1、FFR2、FFR3收缩期和舒张期FFRct值,Logistic多因素分析造成FFRct值下降的高危因素。结果心肌桥纵深患者收缩期FFRct值高于舒张期,纵深与表浅者舒缩两期FFRct值明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。心肌桥100例患者中,FFRct值异常(<0.75)46例,其中纵深32例、表浅14例。心肌桥深度、长度是导致FFRct值下降的高危因素(P<0.05)。结论纵深型心肌桥患者FFRct值明显异常,与心肌桥深度、长度有关。Objective To investigate the blood flow reserve score(FFRct)of coronary CT vascular imaging,to evaluate the clinical value of the hemodynamic changes,so as to provide guidance for clinical intervention.Methods One hundred patients who underwent myocardial bridge surgery in our hospital were enrolled in the study,including 50 cases of depth and 50 cases of superficial,moreover,the other 50 patients with normal coronary CT vascular imaging were enrolled as control group.The FFRct values in FFR1,FFR2,FFR3 systolic and diastolic periods were analyzed,moreover,Logistic multivariate analysis was used to explore the risk factors resulting in the decrease of FFRct value.Results The FFRct values of patients in depth at systolic period were significantly higher than those in diastolic period,moreover,which in patients in deep and superficial were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Of the 100 patients,46 cases had abnormal FFRct values(<0.75),including 32 cases of depth and 14 cases of superficial.The depth degree and length degree of myocardial bridge were the high risk factors resulting in the decrease of FFRct values(P<0.05).Conclusion FFRct value in patients undergoing myocardial bridge surgery are related to the depth degree and length degree of myocardial bridge.
