摘  要:积极开展图书馆勤工助学培训工作,对图书馆的管理、服务,对勤助生上岗、实践能力的提升有极其重要的意义。分析国内外勤工助学的培训现状,以河南大学图书馆为例,积极引入团队胜任力理论,通过理论回顾、文献研究、访谈调查等方法探讨分析团队胜任力构成的要素,从而提出优化培训体系的策略。Carrying out library work-study training program is of great importance for the management and service of the library,as well as for the work and practical ability of the students.Illustrated by the example of Henan University Library,the paper analyzes the training status of the work-study training at home and abroad,actively introduces the theory of team competence,and explores the elements of team competence through theoretical review,literature research,interview survey and other methods,so as to propose the strategy of the training system optimization.
