摘  要:本文基于文献研究、试验研究及工程应用研究成果,研发了一种适用于装配式建筑用墙砖薄贴施工关键技术,其施工工艺包括:墙面拉毛→涂抹瓷砖胶→刮浆→贴瓷砖→瓷砖整平→勾缝→清洁处理。经工程实际应用表明,该技术具有瓷砖铺贴厚度薄、粘结强度高、空鼓率极低、工艺流程简便等诸多优点,减少了内墙贴砖复杂的传统装修工序,大大缩短了内墙装修施工作业时间,经济效益和社会效益显著。A key technology in thin paste construction suitable for prefabricated building wall brick is developed based on document research,experimental study and engineering application.The construction technology includes steps of wall roughening,smearing tile adhesive,scraping mortar,sticking ceramic tiles,tile flattening,pointing,cleaning treatment.It has been proved by the engineering application that the construction technology has the advantages of thin ceramic tile paving thickness,high bonding strength,extremely low hollowing rate,simple process flow and so on.Moreover,the new type of construction technique can reduce the complex traditional decoration process of interior wall tile and greatly shorten the construction time of interior wall decoration with remarkable social and economic benefits.
