全产业链视角下防水行业整体质量提升方法浅析

摘　　要：目前我国防水行业高速发展,但质量问题突出。本文从全产业链的视角,分析防水行业的上、中、下游产业及相关的监管、咨询、服务业,并从加强产业创新与绿色化发展、提高防水工程设计质量与水平、加大防水技术工人培训力度、建立防水质量保证保险制度、强化标准引领作用和加强市场监督、建立全产业链协同运作的产业化运营模式等方面,分析探讨了防水行业全产业链质量提升的方法。Now China's waterproofing industry is developing rapidly,but the quality problem is still prominent.From the perspective of the whole industry chain,this paper analyzes the upstream,middle and downstream industries of the waterproof industry as well as the related supervision,consulting and service industry.Then this paper discusses the quality improvement methods of the waterproof industry from the aspects of strengthening the industry innovation and green development,improving the design quality and level of waterproof engineering,enhancing waterproof technical worker training,establishing waterproof quality assurance and insurance system,strengthening the leading role of standards and market supervision,and establishing industrialization operation mode of of coordinated development of the whole industry chain.
