摘  要:君子人格是中华优秀传统文化发展过程中形成的一种独具民族精神特质的人格修养与人生境界,君子是儒家理想的人格榜样,有着深厚的历史底蕴与理论渊源,其所蕴含的以仁礼为核心的丰富的伦理道德观念构成实现理想社会的人格基础,随着历史和时代的发展而不断丰富、深化。自古以来,君子胸怀仁义,诚信明礼,友善待人,品格高尚,活出了平凡中的伟大与崇高。君子人格中的道德修养、君子不器、以天下为己任的家国情怀等人格修养方法与路径,能为培育新时代具有高尚师德师风的“四有”好教师提供丰富的思想理论滋养、人格榜样与实践指导。The gentleman personality is a kind of personality cultivation and life realm with unique national spiritual characteristics formed in the development of excellent traditional Chinese culture.Gentleman is the ideal personality model of Confucianism,which has profound historical and theoretical origins.The rich ethical and moral concepts with benevolence and courtesy as the core constitute the personality basis for realizing the ideal society.With the development of history and times,it is constantly enriched and deepened.Since ancient times,gentlemen have been benevolent and righteous,honest and courteous,friendly to others,noble in character,and have lived a great and noble life among the ordinary.The methods and paths of personality cultivation,such as the moral cultivation of the gentleman personality,the gentleman with purpose rather than methods,and the national feelings of taking the world as its own responsibility,can provide rich ideological and theoretical nourishment,personality examples and practical guidance for the cultivation of“four possessings”good teachers with noble morality and style in the new era.
