摘 要:利用IC厌氧技术,以活性污泥产甲烷潜力为指标,评价中试反应器的启动与运行,研究了整个过程中水质参数及运行条件对负荷提升过程中反应器处理性能的影响。结果表明:在进水COD_(Cr) 2000 mg/L条件下,IC厌氧反应器具有良好的处理能力,COD_(Cr)削减率达50%~60%,沼气产量维持在1.1 m^(3)/d。运行过程中控制pH在7.5~8范围内,保持消化液VFA/ALK(挥发性脂肪酸/碱度)小于0.3,满负荷下硫酸盐去除率达到92%~98%,C/S(碳硫比即COD/SO_(4)^(2-))大于2.5,颗粒污泥的硫化物最大耐受限值为220 mg/L。整个运行过程中容积负荷小于1.5 kg COD_(Cr)/m^(3)·d,上升流速小于2 m/h。研究显示IC厌氧反应器启动完成后对制革生化进水表现出较强的耐受性,在合适的运行条件下工程应用前景良好。In this study,IC anaerobic technology was used to evaluate the start-up and operation of the pilot-scale reactor with the methane production potential of activated sludge as an indicator.The influence of the water quality parameters and running conditions on the treatment performance during the load increasing process was investigated in detail.The results showed that the IC anaerobic reactor has a good capacity of COD_(Cr) reduction rate of 50%-60%when the influent COD_(Cr) was 2000 mg/L and the biogas output was maintained at 1.1 m^(3)/d.The removal rate of sulfate could reach 92%-98%and the digestive liquid VFA/ALK was less than 0.3 when the pH was controlled between 7.5 and 8 and the C/S(C/S ratio,COD/SO_(4)^(2-))was more than 2.5.The tolerance limit of the IC system to sulfide was 220 mg/L.The volumetric load during the whole process was less than 1.5 kg COD_(Cr)/m^(3)·d,and the rising flow rate was less than 2 m/h.These results show that the IC anaerobic reactor have a strong tolerance to the tannery wastewater after start-up,and have a good application prospect under proper operating conditions.
