摘 要:用0%~6%石灰以及0.8%NaOH对硫化钠脱毛裸皮进行浸灰处理,以考察石灰用量对裸皮表面防滑性能、胶原纤维分散程度和废水污染负荷的影响。结果表明,石灰由于溶解度低,在裸皮表面形成了均匀的颗粒状覆盖层,赋予了裸皮优良的表面防滑性能,便于工人抓皮和片皮操作。当石灰用量大于3%时,浸灰裸皮的表面防滑性能得到明显提升。3%石灰处理的裸皮纤维的分散程度和浸灰废水的总有机碳、总氮及溶解性总固体浓度与0.8%NaOH处理的对照组相当。由此可见,少灰浸灰是一种清洁实用的浸灰方式。Pelts unhaired with Na_(2)S were limed by using 0%-6%lime and 0.8%NaOH to investigate the effect of lime dosage on the anti-slip performance of pelt surface,the dispersion degree of hide collagen fibers,and the pollution loads of wastewater.Results showed that the lime formed uniform and granular coating on the pelt surface due to its low solubility,thereby endowing the pelt with excellent anti-slip performance that is convenient for workers to grab and split limed pelts.When the dosage of lime was more than 3%,the anti-skid performance of pelt surface was markedly improved.The dispersion degree of hide fibers and the concentrations of total organic carbon,total nitrogen and total dissolved solids in liming effluent by using 3%lime were similar to those of control group by using 0.8%NaOH.These results indicate that low-lime liming is a clean and practical liming method.
