摘  要:针对在运动竞技和部队训练中频发的足踝损伤问题,将足弓碳纤维板和踝关节保护绑带两种结构优化组合,设计并制作出四双具有不同护踝抗扭转结构的功能鞋靴。采用Kistler三维测力台与Motive三维运动捕捉系统,分别采集四双护踝抗扭转功能鞋靴在45°侧切运动和60 cm跳台运动两种动作下的运动生物力学数据,对鞋靴的运动稳定性进行测试,并研究足弓处碳纤维板结构和踝关节保护绑带结构对受试者下肢生物力学的影响。结果表明:踝关节保护绑带结构可以降低踝关节扭伤的风险,起到了护踝作用;足弓处碳纤维板结构可以提高鞋靴的抗扭转性能,但对踝关节的灵活程度有一定的影响。In view of the frequent ankle injuries in athletics and military training,four pairs of functional footwear with different ankle protectors and torsion resistant structure were designed and produced in this study by optimizing the structure of arch carbon fiber plate and ankle joint protective strap.The biomechanical data of four pairs of ankle protectors and anti-torsion functional shoes were collected under 45°side-cut motion and 60 cm jump motion,respectively,by using the Kistler three-dimensional force measuring platform and motive three-dimensional motion capture system.The movement stability of shoes was tested,and the effects of the structure of arch carbon fiber plate and ankle joint protective strap on the lower limb biomechanics of the subjects were studied.The results showed that the ankle joint protective strap structure could reduce the risk of ankle sprain and played a role in ankle protection.The carbon fiber plate structure in the arch can improve the anti-torsion performance of the shoe,but has a certain negative influence on the flexibility of ankle joint.
