摘 要:为了探讨青檀半同胞子代苗生长性状变异程度及相关关系,为优良家系评价选择提供参考,本研究以8个青檀1年生半同胞家系为材料,观测其苗高、地径、轮枝数、叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶面积、叶绿素含量(SPAD法)等生长性状,进行测定分析。结果显示,8个青檀半同胞家系间不同生长性状(除叶面积外)均存在显著差异(P<0.05);苗木的平均苗高可达75.3 cm,平均地径为6.3 mm,平均轮枝数为7.2根,不同家系轮枝数平均变异系数达到75.3%;叶片平均长度和平均宽度分别为5.2 cm和3.0 cm,平均叶面积达到10.7 cm^(2),平均SPAD值为52.3;不同指标表型变异系数变化范围为6.8%(SPAD)~75.3%(轮枝数)。通过对青檀半同胞子代苗生长性状进行多重比较和遗传变异研究,初步筛选出1个青檀优良家系,为青檀优良家系的早期选择提供理论基础。In this paper,in order to explore the variation degree and correlation of the growth characters of Pteroceltis tatarinowii half-sib progeny seedlings and provide reference for evaluation and selection of fine families.1-year-old seedlings from 8 half-sib Pteroceltis tatarinowii families were used as the study materials and their growth characters including the height,basal diameter,number of whorled branches,length and width of the leaf,leaf area and chlorophyll content(SPAD value)were observed,measured and analyzed.The resultes showed that there were significant differences in all the growth characters(except the leaf area)among the seedlings of the 8 families(P<0.05);the mean height,basal diameter and number of whorled branches reached 75.3 cm,6.3 mm and 7.2 respectively with the mean variation coefficient for whorled branches reaching 75.3%;the mean length and mean width of the leaf were 5.2 cm and 3.0 cm respectively,the mean leaf area and mean SPAD value were 10.7 cm^(2) and 52.3 respectively;the variation range for the phenotypic variation coefficients of different characters was 6.8%(SPAD)~75.3%(number of whorled branches).1 fine Pteroceltis tatarinowii family was preliminarily selected through multiple comparison and study into genetic variation,which could provide theoretical basis for the early selection of fine Pteroceltis tatarinowii families.
