安徽牯牛降国家级自然保护区兽类资源多样性研究

摘　　要：安徽牯牛降国家级自然保护区具有丰富的兽类资源。本研究采用红外相机监控、粪便分子鉴定和访问调查相结合的方法对安徽牯牛降国家级自然保护区的兽类资源进行调查。调查到保护区兽类资源共有8目20科55种,其中国家Ⅰ级保护动物8种、Ⅱ级保护动物8种;调查中发现兽类物种数前3位的分别为食肉目、啮齿目和翼手目。本调查为该地区兽类资源保护管理提供科学依据。Anhui Guniujiang National Nature Reserve is rich in mammal resources.In this paper,a survey was made on the mammal resources in the reserve using infrared camera monitoring,molecular identification of feces and interview survey.The survey showed there were 55 mammal species belonging to 20 families in 8 orders,including 8 ClassⅠnational protected species and 8 ClassⅡnational protected ones.It was found that the 3 top orders with the most species found were Carnivora,Rodentia and Chiroptera.The survey could provide scientific basis for conservation and management of mammal resources in the area.
