摘　　要：随着信息通讯技术的快速发展和互联网的广泛使用,我们进入了网络化新时代。这深刻改变了人类社会生产生活的各个方面,也带来了就业方式和选择的转型。利用2014年国内八城市“社会网络与职业经历问卷调查(JSNET2014)”数据,构建MProbit和Probit模型分析互联网使用对各种就业选择的影响,并探讨互联网使用影响体面劳动和线上创业的关系机制。研究发现,互联网使用对总体就业水平具有显著正向促进作用。通过IVProbit模型进行检验,其估计结果有效稳健。此外,互联网使用不但因婚姻、教育、户籍不同存在一定群体差异,同时会增加体面劳动和线上创业概率。通过中介效应模型进一步发现,线上工作社群数量是互联网使用促进线上创业的重要路径机制。With the rapid development of information and communication technology and the wide use of the Internet,we have entered a new era of the Internet.This has profoundly changed all fields of production and life of the human society,and also brought about the transformation of mode and choice of employment.Using the JSNET2014 survey dataset in eight cities in China,we construct MProbit and Probit models to analyze the impact of Internet use on various employment choices,and discuss the relationship mechanism between Internet use and decent work and online entrepreneurship.It is found that Internet use has a significantly positive effect on overall employment level.The IVProbit model is used to test the effectiveness and robustness of the estimation results.Besides,there are group differences of Internet use due to differences in marriage,education and registered residence,and Internet use raises the probability of decent work and online entrepreneurship.The mediating effect model further finds that the number of online work communities is an important path mechanism for Internet use to promote online entrepreneurship.
