摘　　要：目的:探究对桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者实施压痛点强刺激推拿的临床疗效及对患者疼痛状态与Cooney评分的影响。方法:研究对象为某院2018年4月~2020年4月期间收治的66例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者。将患者按照随机原则分为观察组和对照组各33例,对照组进行常规针刺,观察组在其基础上进行压痛点强刺激推拿。观察两组临床疗效,应用VAS疼痛评分、cooney腕关节功能评分等量表评估两组症状改善程度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者VAS、Cooney评分对比差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后观察组Cooney评分高于对照组、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组腕关节活动度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者实施压痛点强刺激推拿治疗的临床效果显著,能有效改善患者症状,减轻疼痛,增加腕关节活动范围,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of tender point strong stimulation massage on patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid and its effect on pain state and Cooney score.Methods:The research subjects were 66 patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid admitted to a hospital from April 2018 to April 2020.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,named the observation group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine acupuncture,and the observation group was given strong stimulation massage on tender points on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the VAS pain score,Cooney wrist function score and other scales were used to evaluate the improvement of symptoms in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS and Cooney scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Cooney score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mobility of the wrist in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of strong stimulation massage on tender points for patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid is significant,which can effectively improve the symptoms,relieve pain,and increase the range of motion of the wrist joint,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
