地特胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗老年糖尿病患者对其血糖控制、体质量指数的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年糖尿病患者采用地特胰岛素与瑞格列奈治疗对其血糖控制、体质量指数的影响。方法:选取某院在2020年1月~8月期间收治的123例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为单用组(61例)和联用组(62例),单用组给予门冬胰岛素治疗,联合组给予地特胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗,比较两组的血糖水平、体质量指数、胰岛素相关指标。结果:治疗3个月后,联用组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均较单用组低(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,联用组的体质量较治疗前相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,联用组的空腹胰岛素、空腹C肽、餐后2h胰岛素、空腹2hC肽水平均较单用组高(P<0.05)。结论:地特胰岛素与瑞格列奈合用治疗比单一使用门冬胰岛素治疗的效果好,能更好的控制患者的血糖水平,改善其胰岛素水平,同时这两种药物联用对患者体质量影响较小,安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of insulin detemir combined with repaglinide in the treatment of elderly diabetic patients on blood glucose control and body mass index.Methods:A total of 123 elderly diabetic patients admitted to a hospital from January to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the single group and the combined group according to the random number table method,with 61 cases in the single group and 62 patients in the combined group.The two groups were treated with insulin aspart alone and insulin detemir combined with repaglinide,respectively.The blood glucose levels,body mass index,and insulin-related indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the combined group were lower than those of the single group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the body weight of the combined group was higher than before treatment,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of fasting insulin,fasting C-peptide,2h postprandial insulin,and fasting 2h C peptide in the combined group were higher than those in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of insulin detemir and repaglinide is more effective than the single use of insulin aspart,which can better control the patient's blood glucose level and improve their insulin level.At the same time,the combined use of these two drugs has little impact on the patient's body mass,with high safety.
