摘　　要：目的:探究气压止血带受压处不同衬垫材料在老年四肢骨折手术患者的效果。方法:纳入某院四肢骨折手术老年患者123例分为对照组(61例)和观察组(62例),对照组给予在气压止血带受压处使用石膏棉纸作为衬垫材料,观察组在气压止血带受压处使用水胶体敷料作为衬垫材料,对比两组患者止血效果、消肿疗效、皮肤损害并发症发生率。结果:手术后,观察组止血效果优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);周径增长峰值及瘀斑增长峰值均低于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:水胶体衬垫材料应用于四肢骨折患者中可更为有效的消肿止血,预防皮肤受损。Objective:To explore the effect of different cushion materials at the compressed part of the pneumatic tourniquet in elderly patients with limb fracture surgery.Methods:A total of 123 elderly patients undergoing surgery for limb fractures in a hospital were selected and divided into two groups.The 61 cases in the control group were treated with gypsum tissue paper at the compressed part of the pneumatic tourniquet,and 62 cases in the observation group were treated with hydrocolloid dressing at the compressed part of the pneumatic tourniquet.The hemostatic effect,swelling effect,and the incidence of skin damage complications between the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After the operation,the excellent and good rate of hemostatic effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The peak values of peripheral diameter growth and ecchymosis growth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hydrocolloid dressing as cushion material for patients with limb fractures can more effectively reduce swelling,stop bleeding,and prevent skin damage.
