摘  要:以对萼猕猴桃试管苗为试验材料,研究光照强度对对萼猕猴桃试管苗生长和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,不同光照强度对萼猕猴桃试管苗的株高、根长、叶片数、根数、鲜重和叶绿素含量等指标均有影响,用模糊数学隶属函数法综合评价试管苗质量,各处理试管苗质量从高到低依次为2000lx>4000lx>1000lx>6000lx,其中2000lx光照强度最适合对萼猕猴桃试管苗的生长。低光照强度下(1000lx),丙二醛含量、SOD活性、POD活性和CAT活性均较高;高光照强度下(6000lx)丙二醛含量较高,但SOD、POD和CAT活性较低。The growth and antioxidant enzyme activity of plantlets in vitro of Actinidia valvata Dun under different light intensity were studied.The results showed that the plant height,root length,leaf number,root number,fresh weight and total chlorophyll content of plantlets were affected by different light intensity.The quality of plantlets was comprehensively evaluated by fuzzy mathematics membership function method.The order of seedling quality from high to low is 2000lx>4000lx>1000lx>6000lx.The light intensity of 2000lxwas the most suitable for the growth of plantlets.The content of malondialdehyde,SOD activity,POD activity and CAT activity were higher under low light intensity(1000lx).Under high light intensity(6000lx),the content of malondialdehyde was higher,but the activities of SOD,POD and CAT were lower.
