不同地区2个薰衣草品种精油主要成分比较

摘　　要：通过蒸溜法对伊犁州4个地区2个薰衣草品种中的精油进行提取,并对其精油主要成分进行测定。结果表明,供试的2个薰衣草品种在不同地区精油含量不同,法国蓝薰衣草和太空蓝薰衣草在4个地区精油含量从高到低排序依次为伊宁市>霍城县>伊宁县>察布查尔县;太空蓝薰衣草精油含量显著高于法国蓝薰衣草。对2个薰衣草品种精油的主要成分进行测定,乙酸薰衣草酯含量在4个地区中法国蓝明显高于太空蓝;樟脑含量在4个地区均小于0.2%,低于国家标准。精油主要成分(特征成分)最高的为霍城县种植区,最低为察布查尔县种植区。The essential oils of two lavender varieties from four different regions in Yili State were extracted by evaporation method,and determination of main ingredients of essential oil.The results showed that the selected two lavender varieties vary in different regions of the essential oil contents.The essential oil contents of"French blue"lavender and“Space blue”lavender were in the order of Yining city>Huocheng County>Yining County>Qabqal County.The essential oil content of“Space blue”lavender was significantly higher than that of“French blue”lavender.The main ingredients of essential oils of two lavender cultivars were determined.The content of lavender acetate in essential oils of“French blue”was significantly higher than that of“Space blue”in four regions.Camphor content in the four regions was less than 0.2%,lower than the national standard.The main essential oil ingredients(characteristic ingredients)were the best in Huocheng county planting area,and the lowest in Qapqal County planting area.
