摘  要:该文介绍了微波干燥技术的原理及其在农产品干燥领域的应用,总结了微波干燥具有传热速度快、均匀性好和节能环保等特点,并梳理了国内外微波干燥技术的研究现状。在分析目前农产品微波干燥技术存在问题的基础上,对其今后的发展进行了展望。This article introduces the mechanism of microwave drying technology and its application in the field of agricultural product drying,points out that microwave drying has the characteristics of fast heat transfer,good uniformity,energy saving and environmental protection,and analyzes the current research status of microwave drying technology at home and abroad.Finally,the article summarized some problems existing in the microwave drying technology of agricultural products,and prospected its future development.
