摘  要:介绍离子色谱仪检定用4种成分分析标准物质的制备方法。以高纯氯化钠、碘化钾、亚硝酸钠、碳酸锂为原料,采用重量-容量法分别制备水中氯离子、水中碘离子、水中亚硝酸根离子、水中锂离子4种成分分析标准物质,分别采用F检验法和直线拟合法对标准物质进行均匀性和稳定性检验,并对标准物质的定值不确定度进行了评定。研制的4种标准物质具有较好的均匀性和稳定性,水中氯离子的定值结果为1000μg/mL(U=1%,k=2),水中碘离子、水中亚硝酸盐离子和水中锂离子的定值结果均为200μg/mL(U=1%,k=2)。该系列标准物质满足离子色谱仪检定规程的要求。The preparation methods of four reference materials for component analysis for the verification of ion chromatograph were introduced.High purity sodium chloride,potassium iodide,sodium nitrite and lithium carbonate were used as raw materials,four reference materials for component analysis of chloride ion,iodine ion,nitrite ion and lithium ion in water were prepared by weight-capacity method.The uniformity and stability of the reference materials were tested by F test method and linear fitting method respectively,and the uncertainty of reference materials was evaluated.The four reference materials developed had good uniformity and stability.The fixed value results of chloride ion in water was 1000μg/mL(U=1%,k=2),the fixed value results of of iodine ion,nitrite ion and lithium ion in water were all 200μg/mL(U=1%,k=2).The series of reference materials meet the requirements of the verification regulation of ion chromatograph.
