摘 要:本文探讨超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术后严重出血危险的影响因素。回顾性选取超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术患者512例,检测患者血清指标,分析严重出血发生情况及影响因素。结果显示,严重出血组超声皮髓质分界不清、血肌酐(Scr)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而估算的肾小球滤过率(eGFR)、血红蛋白(Hb)和血小板(PLT)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示:超声皮髓质分界不清、Scr、Hb、eGFR是超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术后严重出血的影响因素(P<0.05)。超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术后严重出血受皮髓质分界、Scr、Hb及eGFR等的影响。This paper discussed the investigate the risk factors of severe bleeding after ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy. 512 patients underwent ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy were retrospectively selected, the patient’s serum indexes were detected, the occurrence of severe bleeding and its influencing factors were analyzed. In severe hemorrhage group, the ultrasound demarcated skin and medulla were not clear, serum creatinine(SCR) were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05), while the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR), hemoglobin(Hb) and platelet(PLT) were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that unclear boundary between skin and medulla, Scr, Hb and eGFR were the influencing factors of severe bleeding after ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy(P<0.05). Severe bleeding after ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy is affected by boundary between skin and medulla, Scr, Hb and eGFR.
