摘　　要：以某工厂企业智慧化建设为例,通过分析该企业的管理要求和系统组成,阐述一种基于PON技术的智慧化工厂网络解决方案。该方案将传统的办公网、安防网、物联网的传输层整合为一个集成度更高、管理更集中、拓展性更强的无源光纤网络,能有效节省光缆资源,实现带宽资源共享,节省机房投资,设备安全性高,建网速度快,综合建网成本低.Taking the intelligent construction of a factory enterprise as an example, by analyzing the management requirements and system composition of the enterprise, this paper expounds a network solution of intelligent chemical plant based on PON technology. The scheme integrates the transmission layer of traditional office network, security network and Internet of things into a passive optical fiber network with higher integration, more centralized management and stronger expansibility, which can effectively save optical cable resources, realize bandwidth resource sharing, save computer room investment, high equipment security, fast network construction speed and low comprehensive network construction cost.
