摘 要:随着虚拟现实技术、网络通信技术、目的地信息化等快速发展,虚拟现实技术被广泛应用于旅游业各领域,虚拟旅游成为旅游研究的新兴热点。文章搜集了Scopus数据库收录的467篇虚拟旅游文献,运用VOSviewer1.6.14软件对文献来源、共被引关系、关键词共现与聚类等特征进行文献计量分析;运用内容分析法对研究主题、研究方法进行梳理。研究发现:(1)学界对虚拟旅游的研究始于2000年,2015年后得以快速发展,呈现跨学科特征,并出现以Guttentag、Cheong、Tussyadiah等研究者为中心的研究群体。(2)虚拟旅游研究聚焦于供给端与需求端两大视角。研究内容涉及虚拟现实技术在旅游细分领域中的开发、设计、实现、应用,以及消费者对虚拟旅游的感知评价、虚拟体验、接受意愿、行为影响等,呈现从供给端转向需求端的研究趋势。(3)虚拟旅游对实地旅游具有积极影响,具体表现在旅游营销与旅游体验等方面。(4)未来研究可以从虚拟旅游多场景应用、旅游管理者、使用者限制、使用者效用、虚拟旅游对实地旅游替代性与协同共创性等方面进一步挖掘。With the rapid development of virtual reality technology,network communication technology and destination informatization,virtual tourism is widely used in various fields of tourism and has become an emerging hotspot in the field of tourism research.This paper searched 467 virtual tourism literatures included in Scopus database,used VOSviewer 1.6.14 software for bibliometric analysis,and analyzed the characteristics of document source,co-citation relationship,keyword cooccurrence and clustering,and sorted out the research topics and research methods by using the content analysis method.The findings are:(1)the study of virtual tourism began at 2000 and developed rapidly since 2015,and the research appeared the interdisciplinary trend and the emerging research groups centered on scholars such as Guttentag,Jung and Venkatesh;(2)virtual tourism research mainly focuses on the supply side and the demand side with a transformational trend from the supple side to the demand side.From the supply perspectives,it focuses on the development,design,implementation and application of virtual reality technology in the sub-field of tourism industry.And from the demand perspectives,it focused on consumers’perception and evaluation of virtual reality technology,and their acceptance,experiences and behaviors with virtual tourism;(3)virtual tourism has a positive impact on real tourism,which is reflected in tourism marketing and enhancing tourists’experience;(4)future research can further explore the multi scene application of virtual tourism,tourism managers’attitudes toward virtual tourism,user constraints,user utility of virtual tourism,and also the substitution and co-creation of virtual and real tourism.
