民族地区乡村旅游职业农民知识转移演进过程研究——基于广西龙脊梯田景区的纵向单案例研究

摘　　要：知识转移是乡村旅游产业与人才双振兴的有效途径。文章选取广西龙脊梯田景区为案例研究对象,探究其近30年旅游发展历程中乡村旅游职业农民知识转移动态演进过程。研究发现:民族地区乡村旅游职业农民知识转移经历了“萌芽阶段-发展阶段-成熟阶段”三阶段演进过程,其中政府在知识转移萌芽阶段占主导地位;第一批乡村旅游创业者在知识转移发展阶段起重要的引领和示范作用;外来经营者是知识转移成熟阶段主要推动力量。在该演进过程中,知识转移推动农民实现了“传统农民-亦农亦旅的‘两栖农民’-乡村旅游职业农民”的职业转换。文章为民族地区乡村旅游产业发展、乡村振兴本土人才培养提供了新的理论支持和实践指导。Knowledge transfer is an effective way to vitalize rural tourism industry and talents.This paper selected Longji terrace scenic spot in Guangxi as a case in point to explore the dynamic evolution process of rural tourism professional farmers’ knowledge transfer in its tourism development process in recent 30 years.The study found that:the knowledge transfer of rural tourism professional farmers in ethnic areas has experienced a three-stage evolution process,which is the“embryonic stage,development stage and mature stage”,in which the government was dominant in the embryonic stage;the first group of rural tourism entrepreneurs played an important leading and exemplary role in the development stage;and foreign operators were the main driving force in the mature stage. In the evolution process of knowledge transfer,farmers have also realized the professional transformation from traditional farmers to amphibious farmers who are both farmers and tourists to rural tourism professional farmers. This study provides new theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of rural tourism industry and the local talent training of Rural Revitalization in ethnic areas.
