摘  要:文章探讨了喷气涡流纺粘胶/棉混纺纱线的混纺效果,运用纤维匀和理论来检验纤维混合性能模型,采用甲酸/氯化锌法测试条子及纱线混纺比的准确性,通过制作相应的纱线切片计算纤维转移指数来分析成纱混合的均匀性,然后测试混纺纱线的性能指标。结果表明:根据纤维匀和理论计算的纤维混合长度与AFIS实测结果没有很好地匹配,很可能是AFIS测试化学纤维的局限性造成的;通过肉眼可见三道并条并合后,粘胶纤维和棉纤维基本实现了充分混合,同时通过合理的工艺设计完全能满足混纺比的准确要求;通过分析发现,粘胶纤维与棉纤维在纱线横断面内的分布并不均匀,粘胶纤维有向内转移的趋势,同时粘胶占据纱线外表面的主要部分;此外,粘胶/棉混纺纱线的条干及强伸等指标,均会随着粘胶纤维含量的提高而改善,而精梳棉品种整体也要好于普梳棉,其中粘胶纤维含量对强伸指标更敏感。The paper carried out research on the blending effect of air-jet vortex spun viscose/cotton blended yarns.Adopt blend theory of fibers to verify the model of fibers blending property;use formic acid and zinc chloride method to check the accuracy of blending ratio of slivers and yarns;make yarn section to calculate the migration index of fibers for analyzing the blending uniformity.In the end,the performance indexes of blended yarns were tested.The results indicated that the fibers blending length calculated by blend theory of fibers cannot match with the test result of AFIS,which was probably caused by AFIS testing limitation to chemical fibers;after drawing three times,viscose fibers and cotton fibers have been blended completely;in addition,with the help of reasonable technology design,it can meet the requirement of blending ratio.By analyzing the results,it can be found viscose and cotton fibers are not evenly distributed in the cross-section of yarns,of which viscose fibers showed an inward migrated trend and took up the main part of the yarn surface.Furthermore,indexes like yarn evenness and strength/elongation index of viscose/cotton blended yarns will improve with the increase of viscose contents.And combed cotton yarns are better than carded cotton yarns,of which viscose content affects most to yarn strength/elongation index.
