摘　　要：文章探讨了莱赛尔/腈纶70/30紧密赛络纺混纺纱的纺纱工艺。根据莱赛尔纤维和腈纶的特点,优化各工序纺纱工艺,解决了纤维在加工过程中静电高、损伤大、抱合力小、可纺性差等难题,最终成功纺制了莱赛尔/腈纶70/30紧密赛络纺混纺纱。测试结果表明:选用合理的工艺配置和专件器材将莱赛尔纤维与腈纶进行混纺,纱线指标良好,可满足市场对差异化再生纤维素纤维纱线的需求。The spinning process of lyocell/acrylic(70/30)compact Siro spinning blended yarn was discussed in this paper.The spinning processes were optimized based on the characteristics of lyocell fiber and acrylic fiber,so as to solve the problems of high static electricity,large damage,small cohesion and poor spinnability during the processes.In doing so,lyocell/acrylic(70/30)compact Siro spinning blended yarn was successfully spun.The test results indicated that by adopting reasonable process configuration and special equipment to blend lyocell fiber and acrylic fiber,the related yarn index can meet the market demand for differentiated regenerated cellulose fiber yarn.
