摘　　要：为保证基层乡镇卫生院超声诊疗需求,探索并建立基于5G通讯技术的远程超声服务体系。以青岛大学附属医院为主体,依托5G通讯技术在乡镇卫生院建立智慧超声远程服务点,探讨基层卫生院常态化开展5G远程超声服务的策略,以期构建完善的常态化联动的智慧医疗服务平台,实现网络医疗和远程教育的有效整合,保障远程超声服务健康、有序、可持续发展。常态化5G远程超声服务模式的建立,实现了优质医疗资源下沉基层,有助于推动基层卫生院超声学科建设,提升基层超声从业人员服务能力,加速城乡医疗服务同质化进程,有利于实现临床及患者满意度的双提升。This study aimed to establish 5 G-based remote ultrasonography to meet the needs of ultrasound diagnosis and treatment in grassroots health centers.Thee strategy to carry out 5 G-based remote ultrasound service in grassroots health centers was investigated at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University,in an attempt to build a linked smart medical service platform,realizing the effective integration of network health care and remote education,and guaranteeing the healthy,orderly,and sustainable development of remote ultrasound service.The establishment of the 5 G-based remote ultrasound service model realizes the delivery of high-quality medical resources to the grassroots,helps promote the construction of ultrasound disciplines in grassroots health centers,raise the capacity of grassroots ultrasound practitioners,accelerates the homogenization of urban and rural medical services,and helps increase the satisfaction of both clinicians and patients.
