摘 要:新冠肺炎疫情防控工作进入常态化阶段,综合医院要随时承担外派医疗工作。北京市某医院应用全面质量管理理论,探索以高质量完成任务为核心,实行全员参与、全过程质量控制的管理模式,采用PDCA工具进行持续改进,以提高工作效率,在确保外派医疗队工作质量和安全的前提下,有序开展合理统筹安排埠外医疗队、本地核酸检测及疫苗接种等各项医疗队所承担的任务,并将行之有效的管理模式和成功经验在各个分院区进行推广。As the prevention and control of COVID-19 has become a routine practice,general hospitals are required to send medical teams to the epidemic areas at any time.Based on the theory of total quality management,a hospital in Beijing explored the management mode of all-staff participation and whole-process quality control,with a focus on completing tasks with high quality.The plan-do-check-act(PDCA)method was adopted to achieve continuous improvement in work efficiency.Under the premise of quality and safety,medical teams were sent to other provinces or cities in a reasonable and coordinated manner,where these teams offered medical treatment,nucleic acid testing,vaccination,and other tasks.These successful practices have been promoted in different branches of the hospital.
