宋代“将门”现象与武举制度相互拱卫的历史效应分析

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、对比分析法、逻辑推理法等研究方法,全面阐述宋代"将门"现象的历史价值和宋代武举制度的特征表现,进一步剖析两者之间的内在联系。研究结果认为:"将门"现象的历史由来已久,宋代"将门"在一定程度上影响了当政者对于武备人才选拔和任用。如何有效地遏制"将门"现象的滋生蔓延,创新和改造武备人才选拔制度是解决问题的最有效途径,宋代武举制度就是在这样的历史背景下应运而生。然而,由于将门现象的历史惯性效应,宋代武举制度在科考内容、选拔标准、培养规模,以及武举人才任用等方面都出现了异化现象,导致宋代的武举制度未能起到"武举本求将帅之才"的效果,并最终形成"宋之不武"的征象。By using the methods of literature,comparative analysis and logical reasoning,this paper comprehensively expounds the historical value of Military Officer Families phenomenon and the characteristics of the Wushu Examination System in Song Dynasty,and further analyzes the internal relations between them.The result shows that the phenomenon of " Military Officer Family " has a long history,the Song Dynasty " Military Officer Family " is in the ascendant,and to a certain extent affected the selection and appointment of military talents.How to effectively curb the breeding and spreading of the " Military Officer Family " phenomenon,innovation and reform of the Wushu Examination System is the most effective way to solve the problem,the Wushu Examination System in the Song Dynasty came into being under such historical background.However,due to the historical inertia effect of the Military Officer Family phenomenon,the Wushu Examination System in the Song Dynasty was alienated in terms of the content of the examination,the selection criteria,the scale of training,as well as the appointment of talents for the Wushu Examination System,and ultimately led to the Song Dynasty Wushu Examination System failed to play the " Wushu Examination System to pick up the military generals and officers" effect,and finally formed the "Song of non-military" symbol.
