摘　　要：Kungfu作为中华民族在世界的代名词,已经被纳入英语词典,可见我国的传统武术在世界上是十分流行的,它得益于我国早期传统武术家在国外的传播,如李小龙将中国的武术推向了世界,让世界重新认识了中国。但如今武术在国内的发展情景来看,发展状况令人堪忧,一些传统的武术项目面临后继无人的境地,国内的武术氛围低迷,鸭形拳作为传统武术象形拳中的一种,属于一种小拳种,同样面临如此情景,文章针对我国鸭形拳的历史起源、套路特点和锻炼价值进行研究。As a synonym for the Chinese nation in the world,Kungfu has been included in the English dictionary.It can be seen that our traditional martial arts are very popular in the world.It benefits from the spread of early traditional martial arts in my country,such as Bruce Lee.His martial arts have been promoted to the world,allowing the world to recognize China from a new perspective.However,from the perspective of the development of martial arts in China,the development situation is worrying.Some traditional martial arts are facing a situation where no one will succeed.The domestic martial arts atmosphere is sluggish.As a kind of traditional martial arts pictographic fist,duck-shaped boxing belongs to one This kind of small boxing is also facing the same situation.This article will study the historical origin,routine characteristics and exercise value of duck-shaped boxing in our country.
