摘  要:作为广受社会群众青睐的中华优秀传统文化之一,健身气功正成为人们热爱的运动形式。为研究健身气功·五禽戏对大学生健康实际产生的影响,选取56名大学生作为实验试体进行24周的专业训练,以身体形态(身高、BMI、体重、臀围、腰围)、身体素质(仰卧起坐、立定跳远、闭眼单足站立以及坐位体前屈)、身体机能(安静时脉搏、肺活量)作为参考指标。实测结果为:24周健身气功·五禽戏的习练能使大学生的体质水平出现正向的积极变化,如提升人体的肺活量,改善心血管工作水平,促进大学生全面性发展。As one of the excellent traditional Chinese culture favored by the public,Health Qigong is escorting people’s physical health.In order to investigate the actual impact of Health Qigong·Wu Qin Xi on the health of college students,56 college students were selected as experimental subjects for 24 weeks of professional training,with physical shape (height,BMI,weight,hip,waist),physical fitness (supine) Sitting up,standing long jump,standing on one foot with closed eyes,and (sitting forward bending),physical function(pulse at rest,vital capacity) are used as reference indicators.The actual test result is that the exercise of Health Qigong·Wu Qin Xi for24 weeks can make positive changes in the physique level of college students.Such as increasing the vital capacity of the human body,improving the level of cardiovascular work,and promoting the all-round development of college students.
