摘　　要：中国女排爱国、拼搏、团结和创新的精神展现着深厚的哲学意蕴。爱国体现了辩证唯物主义的价值观。这种价值观是一种从中国的实际出发,独具家国情怀的价值观。拼搏展现了辩证唯物主义的实践观。拼搏精神源于女排竞技的实践,又以强大的反作用力激励着中国女排。团结体现了辩证唯物主义的整体观。这种整体观表现为队伍成员之间结构优化、灵活多变、高效运转。创新展现了唯物主义的辩证观,中国女排的创新发展是一个螺旋式的上升过程。The spirit of patriotism,struggle,unity and innovation of Chinese women’s volleyball team shows profound philosophical implication.Patriotism embodies the values of the dialectical materialism.This kind of value is a kind of value that proceeds from the reality of China and has unique national feelings.The struggle shows the dialectical materialism’s view of practice.The spirit of hard work originates from the practice of women’s volleyball competition and inspires the Chinese women’s volleyball team with a strong reaction.Unity embodies the dialectical materialism of the whole.This view of the overall performance of the team members among the structure optimization,flexible and efficient operation.Innovation shows the dialectical view of materialism.The innovative development of Chinese women volleyball team is a spiral process.
