摘  要:近年来,汽车整车制造面临利润率下降、品牌影响力等方面的挑战。资源、环境、交通压力将成为影响汽车产业发展的重要因素,排放标准更高,油耗要求更严,因此整车制造在动力总成领域需要适时地做出变化和改革。为了减少单车油耗和公司各车型的平均油耗,满足国家碳排放法规要求,提升发动机性能,提升产品竞争力,需开展本次发动机新机型技术改造项目,引入节能减排性能提升的新型发动机,并逐步替代老旧发动机,满足整车制造陆续推出的两款新车型发动机性能需求。新项目需新建APS厂房及生产线,同时改造现有生产线,增加公用动力设施,对现有工程产品结构进行调整,产品性能进行升级,项目建成后,将现有机型全部替换为新机型。In recent years,automobile manufacturing is facing challenges in declining profit margin,and brand influence.Resources,environment and traffic pressure will become the weight factors affecting the development of the automobile industry,with higher emission standards and stricter fuel consumption requirements.Therefore,the vehicle manufacturing needs to make timely changes and reforms in the field of powertrain.In order to reduce the bicycle fuel consumption and the average fuel consumption,meet the requirements of national carbon emission regulations,improve engine performance,improve product competitiveness,need to carry out the new engine model technology transformation project,the introduction of energy conservation and emission reduction performance of new engine,and gradually replace the old engine,meet the vehicle manufacturing has launched two new models of engine performance demand.The new project requires a new APS plant and production line,transforming the existing production line,adding public power facilities,adjusting the structure of the existing engineering products,and upgrading the product performance.After the completion of the project,all the existing models will be replaced with new models.
