密闭电石炉尾气净化分离用于生产乙二醇的工艺

摘　　要：电石炉尾气中含有生产乙二醇所需的原料气CO和H_(2),其中φ(CO)为65%~88%,φ(H_(2))为5%~15%。介绍了电石炉尾气净化分离用于生产乙二醇的工艺,将电石炉尾气净化分离后制得高纯CO和H_(2),并以高纯CO和H_(2)为原料生产乙二醇,该工艺避免了电石炉尾气直接排放或燃烧造成的环境污染和资源浪费,实现了电石炉尾气100%高值化综合利用。The tail gas of Calcium Carbide furnace contains raw gas CO and H_(2) for producing ethylene glycol,of which CO is about 65%-88% and H_(2) is about 5%-15%.The process of producing ethylene glycol by purifying and separating the tail gas of calcium carbide furnace is briefly introduced in this paper.High Purity CO and H_(2) are produced by purifying and separating the tail gas of calcium carbide furnace,the process avoids the environmental pollution and resource waste caused by the direct emission or combustion of the tail gas of Calcium Carbide furnace,and realizes the comprehensive utilization of 100% high value of the tail gas of calcium carbide furnace.
