摘　　要：我国的化工产业随着现代社会经济的发展也取得了技术方面的进步,因为化工工程项目本身具有一定的危险性,生产过程中涉及高温、易燃等环节,如果化工工程项目在建设的过程中没有得到有效的监管,就极易引发一些生产事故,所以现代化工企业必须要重视化工工程项目的安全管理工作,通过完善的安全管理机制实现完善的质量控制应用,避免化工生产出现一些失误,可见化工工程项目建设中安全管理与质量控制工作的重要性。从化工工程项目建设的特点及现状进行分析,研究了化工工程项目建设中各个阶段的管理要点,并给出了具体的应对措施。With the development of modern social economy,China’s chemical industry has also made technological progress,because the chemical engineering project itself has certain risks.The production process involves high temperature,flammability and other links.If the chemical engineering project is not effectively supervised in the construction process,it is very easy to cause some production accidents,Therefore,modern chemical enterprises must pay attention to the safety management of chemical engineering projects,realize perfect quality control application through perfect safety management mechanism,and avoid some mistakes in chemical production.This shows the importance of safety management and quality control in chemical engineering project construction.This paper analyzes the characteristics and current situation of chemical engineering project construction,studies the key points of management in each stage of chemical engineering project construction,and gives specific countermeasures.
