摘　　要：炭黑企业正处于落后产能淘汰、技术冲击变革的关键时期,而特种炭黑的研发则是行业面向市场转型的关键一步。作为化工类产品工艺的研发,技术要求高、投资大、周期长、标准严、风险高的特点鲜明,文章阐述了此项目研发的特征,并提供风险管理思路,通过整体与贯穿流程的风险管控,降低风险,提高研发成功率。Carbon black enterprises are in a critical period of outdated capacity elimination and technology impact change.The research and development of special carbon black is a key step in the market-oriented transformation of the industry.As the chemical product process,the characteristics of high technical requirements,large investment,long cycle,strict standards and high risk are distinct.This paper describes the characteristics of the research and development of the project,and provides risk management ideas,through the overall and throughout the process of risk control,reduce risks and improve the success rate of research and development.
