摘  要:以密闭容器为研究对象,分析计算了丙酮相关爆炸参数,如:爆炸下限、爆炸威力指数和爆炸危险度;定量计算了丙酮在产生最大爆炸压力浓度(6.3%)下爆炸伤害对应的重死半径、死亡半径、重伤半径和轻伤半径,以及火球热辐射伤害对应的死亡半径、二度烧伤半径和一度烧伤半径。为化工企业安全使用丙酮提供了支撑数据,对于化工企业量化火灾爆炸的危险程度,开展安全风险评估具有一定的指导意义。Choosing the closed container as the research object,the related explosion parameters of acetone were analyzed and calculated,such as lower explosive limit,explosive power index and explosion hazard.The radius of heavy death,death,serious injury and minor injury corresponding to explosion damage,and the radius of death,second degree burns and degree burns corresponding to thermal radiation injury offireball were calculated quantitatively in the density of 6.3%,in which the explosion pressure of acetone was the highest.Supporting data are provided in using acetone safely for chemical companies.It has certain guiding significance for chemical enterprises to quantify the risk degree of fire and explosion and promote safety risk assessment.
