摘  要:某天然气处理厂的膨胀压缩机在运行过程中密封气系统运行参数异常,压力和流量持续偏低,影响了膨胀压缩机的正常运行,同时给制冷系统带来不利影响,降低了液态产品的回收率。文章通过对现场工艺流程进行分析,并与膨胀机压缩机厂家充分沟通,得出系统异常的主要原因,制定了密封气系统异常解决方案,通过方案的成功实施,使密封气系统运行参数恢复至正常,同时使膨胀压缩机机组运行恢复稳定,提高了液态产品回收率。相关成果为膨胀压缩机在现场的应用实践提供了技术支持,同时也为天然气深冷工艺中可能发生的常见故障提供了相关经验参考。During the operation of the expander& compressor of a natural gas processing plant,the operating parameters of the sealed gas system are abnormal,and the pressure and flow rate are continuously low,which affects the normal operation of the expander& compressor,and at the same time has an adverse effect on the refrigeration system and reduces the liquid productions recovery rate.This paper analyzes the process flow and fully communicates with the expander& compressor manufacturer to find the main reason for the abnormality of the system,formulating a solution for the abnormality of the sealed gas system.The operating parameters of the sealed gas system are restored to normal through the successful implementation of the program,and the operation of the expander & compressor is restored to stability,which improves the recovery rate of liquid productions.The related achievements of this paper provide technical support for the application practice of the expander & compressor,and also provide relevant experiences for the common faults that may occur in the natural gas cryogenic process.
