摘　　要：超期服役压力容器的运行存在一定操作安全风险,如果进行强制报废或者停用,对企业运行造成巨大的经济负担。可开展安全评估对其安全风险进行定量评估,根据安全风险等级落实分级分类管控,开展定期检验可借鉴评估过程中损伤模式分析结果针对性提出检验方法。There is a certain safety risk in the operation of overdue service pressure vessels.If they are forced to be scrapped,it will cause a huge economic burden on the operation of the enterprise.Safety assessments can be carried out to quantitatively assess their safety risks,to implement hierarchical and classified management and control according to safety risk levels,and to carry out regular inspections to propose inspection methods based on the analysis results of damage patterns in the assessment process.
