摘  要:针对当前热泵系统中广泛使用的R410A制冷剂面临被逐步淘汰问题,基于“直接灌注式”制冷剂替代技术,研发出新型环保三元替代物。经综合优化,三元替代物与R410A的饱和蒸气压曲线非常贴合;且在液相黏度、导热系数、定压比热容等物性方面,表现良好。进一步地,分别在制冷和制热工况下,对比模拟计算了系统理论循环性能。结果显示,替代物具有更大的循环性能系数和单位容积制冷/热量、更低的冷凝压力以及制冷循环量(削减约1/4)。因而,当量制冷量下的温室效应潜能值可比R410A低80%。R410 A refrigerant,currently widely used in the heat pump system,is scheduled to be phased out.Based on the drop in"refrigerant substitution technology,a new ternary environment-friendly mixture is developed.The comprehensive optimization work is done.The saturated vapor pressure curves of the ternary mixture are quite close to that of R410 A.Besides,which possesses the good liquid-phase viscosity,thermal conductivity,and specific heat.Further,both the refrigerating and heating performances are calculated theoretically.The result shows that the new substitute for R410 A has the bigger COP(coefficient of performance) and volumetric heating/refrigerating capacities,as well as the lower condensing pressure and refrigerant flow rate(about 1/4 in reduction).Thus,the equivalent global warming potential of the substitute for R410 A is 80% lower for per unit refrigerating capacity.
