摘　　要：培育外向型产业集群,实现内陆地区更高水平的对外开放是现阶段的重要目标。本文以高技术产业为例,综合评价内陆地区外向型产业集群竞争力与开放经济程度,采用Geweke检验方法验证二者互动关系。结论可知,从长期与即期来看,两者呈现明显的双向因果关联,且现阶段更多表现为外向型产业集群对开放经济的因果特征。进一步探索开放经济的影响因素发现,外向型产业集群的经营规模、技术创新能力与外向竞争潜力对内陆地区开放经济具有正向效应,其中技术创新能力对其影响最大。To cultivate export-oriented industrial clusters and achieve a higher level of opening up in inland areas is an important goal at this stage.Taking high tech industry as an example,this paper comprehensively evaluates the competitiveness of export-oriented industrial clusters and the development degree of inland open economy.On this basis,Geweke test is used to verify the interaction between the two.It can be seen that there is obvious two-way causal relationship between the two in the long run and in the short run.At present,the causal characteristics of export-oriented industrial clusters on open economy are more obvious.Further exploring the influencing factors of open economy,it is found that the operation scale,technological innovation capability and outward competition potential of export-oriented industrial clusters have positive effects on the open economy of inland areas,among which the technological innovation capability has the greatest impact.
