摘  要:为了有效降低有内冷油腔活塞的表面温度,对某柴油机活塞结构进行优化,调整内冷油腔进油口直径及进、出油口高度,利用有限元分析软件建立活塞温度场模型,仿真分析优化前、后的活塞温度场。研究结果表明:改进后活塞各个关键部位的温度均不同程度降低,其中活塞温度最高的燃烧室喉口的温度降低了4℃,燃烧室底部降温效果显著,温度降低了11℃。说明结构优化合理、有效,该优化设计可以为柴油机活塞内冷油腔的优化设计提供参考。In order to effectively reduce the surface temperature of the piston with internal cooling oil chamber,the piston structure of a diesel engine is optimized by increasing the diameter of the oil inlet,the height of the oil inlet and outlet of the internal cooling oil chambe.The temperature field analysis model of piston is established,and the results of piston temperature field before and after optimization are calculated by using the finite element analysis software.The results show that the temperature of each key part of the piston is reduced after improvement,the temperature of the combustion chamber throat with the highest piston temperature is reduced by 4℃;the cooling effect at the bottom of the combustion chamber is remarkable,and the temperature is reduced by 11℃.The structural optimization is reasonable and effective,which can provide a reference for the optimal design of internal cooling oil chamber of diesel engine piston.
