摘 要:在江户时代,食物被认为具有较强的医药作用,以往对这一领域探讨不足。经统计,江户时代主要食物本草书籍的数量为37部,刊刻地集中于江户、京阪地区,编著者身份背景多样。从知识生产的角度看,江户时代食物本草在学说体系和分类方法上深受中国传统本草学的影响,本土化特征更多体现于具体食物的名实、产地、使用等内容中。经过此时期编撰者群体的共同努力,食物本草成为江户本草学的独特门类。借助书籍的传播,食物本草知识及其背后的思想与观念在日本不同阶层中得以传播与渗透,并成为江户时代饮食文化的一部分。During the Edo period,food was believed to have a certain medical effect.This was seldom discussed in the past.By the statistics,the number of major dietetic materia medica books in the Edo period is 37,printed in the Edo and Keihan areas.Their authors were from diverse backgrounds.From the point of view of knowledge production,the study of Japanese food herbology was influenced by the traditional Chinese herbology in terms of knowledge framework and theory and thought.Localized features are mainly manifested in the names,the origins,and the use of specific foods.With the efforts of editors,dietetic materia medica became a special category of Edo materia medica.Through the books,knowledge of dietetic materia medica,together with the implicit concept of dietary health and the idea of“food and medicine are of equal importance”,spread among the people of different classes in Japan,which was reflected in the diet culture of the Edo period.
