摘　　要：[目的/意义]构建一种全学科视角下计量期刊资源保障优先顺序的方法,以解决期刊资源在多个学科中重复交叉支撺时,高校图书馆如何有效统筹保障的问题,为高校学科资源的协同建设和发展提供重要思路。[方法/过程]在已有的量化单一学科领域内期刊资源保障优先级方法的基础上,引入学科目标馆藏级别,通过专家意见法赋予各学科不同级别的保障优先权重系数,提出在全学科视角下量化期刊资源保障优先级的方法,并应用于电子科技大学22个ESI学科期刊资源评价的实例分析中。[结果/结论]对高校需要的每种期刊,都在全学科视角下实现了学校内部保障优先级的统一量化排序,以进一步支撑期刊资源的保障分析与订购策略的制定。[Purpose/significance]This paper develops a quantitative method for measuring the guarantee prior-ities of journal resources under the perspective of all subjects,so as to solve the problem of how to effectively coordinate the guarantee of university libraries'journal resources which are repeated and cross-braced in multiple disciplines.And it provides important ideas for the collaborative construction and development of university subject resources.[Method/process]Based on the existing methods of quantifying the guarantee priority of single subject journal resources,this paper introduced the target resource levels of each subject,weighted different guarantee priority levels of each subject through the expert opinion method and put forward the priority measurement method of all subject journal resource guarantee.Then the method was applied to empirical analysis of 22 ESI subject journal resource evaluation for University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.[Result/conclusion]For each journal required by universities,this paper achieves the unified quantitative ranking for each journal guarantee priority in all subjects in library of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.And it is able to further support a-nalysis of journal resource guarantee and the development of ordering strategy.
