摘 要:在多属性决策问题中,q阶orthopair犹豫模糊集可以有效地处理不确定信息。基于Theil不等系数,提出一种新的q阶orthopair犹豫模糊距离测度,并研究该距离测度的性质。针对属性权重完全未知的q阶orthopair犹豫模糊多属性决策问题,构建离差最大化的属性权重模型。基于该权重确定模型和q阶orthopair犹豫模糊距离测度,提出一种改进的q阶orthopair犹豫模糊TOPSIS法。通过能源发展案例说明该方法的可行性和有效性。In multi-attribute decision making, q-rung orthopair hesitant fuzzy set(q-ROHFS) can effectively deal with uncertain information. A new distance measure between q-ROHFS based on the Theil coefficient is proposed, and some properties associated with the distance measure are discussed. For q-rung orthopair hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute decisionmaking with unknown attribute weights, the attribute weights are determined by the maximum deviation attribute weight determination model. An improved TOPSIS method is developed by integrating the maximum deviation attribute weight determination model and the distance measure. An energy development example is provided to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
