葛根汤联合肾着汤对类风湿性关节炎患者疗效及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析葛根汤联合肾着汤对类风湿性关节炎患者的疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法以2017年3月至2020年3月该院收治的100例类风湿性关节炎患者为对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组予以西医治疗,试验组予以葛根汤联合肾着汤治疗,比较2组治疗后的症状与体征、中医证候疗效、免疫功能、中医症候积分。结果试验组治疗后关节疼痛、肿胀指数均比对照组低,且晨僵时间比对照组短(P<0.05);试验组治疗后中医证候有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);试验组治疗后补体C3、C4、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgG及IgM水平均比对照组低(P<0.05);试验组治疗后关节活动受限、疼痛、肿胀、压痛及畏寒评分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论葛根汤联合肾着汤对类风湿性关节炎患者的疗效显著,有助于改善其症状与体征、免疫功能,并降低中医证候积分。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Gegen decoction combined with Shenzhuo decoction on rheumatoid arthritis and their effects on the immune function of patients.Methods One hundred patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by western medicine,however,thepatients in experimental group were treated by Gegen decoction combined with Shenzhuo decoction.After treatment,the changes of symptoms and signs,curative effects on TCM syndrome,immune function,and TCM syndrome scores were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the joint pain and swelling indexes in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the morning stiffness time was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndromes in experimental group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than that(80.00%)in control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the levels of complement C3,C4,IgA,IgG and IgM in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the scores of restricted joint movement,pain,swelling,tenderness and chills in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gegen decoction combined with Shenzhuo decoction has obvious therapeutic effects on rheumatoid arthritis,which can improve the scores of symptoms and signs as well as the immune function of patients,and can reduce the scores of TCM syndromes.
