摘 要:水电站在长期运行过程中,由于河道长期采沙,大坝运行管理、汛期洪水的冲刷、水力学因素等叠加作用,河道边界条件、水流流态、河相关系等发生了较大变化,导致河床下切,电站海漫末端形成较大跌水(上下游水头差较原设计增加),消能不够充分,运行工况变差。在这种情况下,随着运行时间的延长,亦会逐步加剧海漫下游河床的淘刷,继而危及海漫、消力池、甚至大坝的安全运行,因此有必要对水电站下游河道、周边水工建筑物运行稳定性进行分析,并提出永久整治方案,并为类似工程的整治工作提供借鉴。During long-term operation of hydropower station,due to the superposition of long-term sand mining in the river channel,dam operation and management,flood scouring during flood season,and hydraulic factors,the boundary conditions of the river channel,water flow patterns,and river phase relationships have undergone great changes,resulting in undercut of the riverbed,great loss of water head at apron end of the hydropower station(the difference between the upstream and downstream heads is increased compared with the original design),insufficient energy dissipation and worsening of the operating condition.In this case,with the extension of the operation time,the scouring of the riverbed downstream of the apron will gradually intensify,and the safe operation of the apron,the stilling pool,and even the dam will be endangered.Thus,it is necessary to analyze the operation stability of river channel downstream of the hydropower station and the surrounding hydraulic structures,and to propose a permanent renovation plan,which provides reference for the renovation work of similar projects.
